Posted: 30/04/2008 Affiliate Account Sub Access clixGalore Affiliate Marketing is pleased to announce a new feature that allows Affiliates to assign sub access to their account for any additional users. Using this feature, Affiliates may assign access to additional users and allow access to specific account areas and information. This feature could be very useful to Managers who have staff that perform specific tasks and only require limited access. For more information please refer to the 'Affiliate Tool Kit > Create Additional User Logins' menu item located in your Member Home area.

Posted: 24/03/2008 Acceptance of UK Bank Accounts For Affiliate Payments Affiliates may now have their payments made directly to a UK bank account. This is in addition to the current payment choices available: If you are a US resident you may be paid using a check or via paypal. If you are a UK resident you may be paid with a direct bank deposit or via paypal. If you are an Australian resident you may be paid with a direct bank deposit or via paypal. All other Affiliates are paid via Paypal. All Affiliates may elect to roll their monthly earnings over each month until the commission balance equals US$1000. Once this level is met, the funds can be paid via an electronic wire directly to a bank account. Please contact us for further information and fee.

Posted: 24/03/2008 Replicate Merchant Program Merchants can now easily replicate their current program into any other program type or currency. Using the 'Replicate Merchant Program' feature located under the 'Program Maintenance' menu item, a new Merchant program can be instantly built and contain all or selected items from the original program. Banners, datafeeds and sale targets can be copied across to the new program. Merchants building a new currency program will have the program listed on the respective clixGalore Affiiate Marketing continental network.

Posted: 12/04/2007 New Merchant Feature – Set Specific Commission Rates At the Product Level clixGalore Affiliate Marketing is pleased to announce a new feature which now allows Merchants to set and pay different commission rates on different products. This feature was developed and provided in direct response to requests from specific leading brand Merchant's in the travel and general retail markets seeking further flexibility in their Affiliate payment commission structure at the product level. This feature is very useful where the base commission rate is economically unsustainable on products or services with low margins that make up an order composed of several items. For example, a travel booking order may be composed of several items that include airline tickets, accommodation and car hire etc. In this example, the Merchant can now pay say 2% commission on the airline tickets, 5% commission on the accommodation and a fixed $6 commission on the car hire. Merchants seeking more information on the use of this feature, please refer the 'Transactions > Set Product Specific Commission Rates' menu item. To compliment and keep Affiliates informed of the actual commission paid on sales generated using a combined commission structure, we have added the additional reporting features: a) The Merchant join page will display an icon to indicate the Merchant has specific product rates. This will link to a popup window that will show the products and their respective commission rates. b) The 'View More Information About The Program' popup window accessible for the Merchant program join page will now show any product specific commission rates. c) The 'Transactions Sent' report will contain extra information links next to each order if a particular sale is composed of product specific rates. This extra information will link to a popup window providing a detailed breakdown of how the commission was calculated.

Posted: 05/02/2007 Release of Software Enhancements Pack A collection of smaller software enhancements has been released benefiting both Merchants and Affiliates. Merchant Program Search - The search results can now be filtered by the Mechants country of origin. This may be used in conjunction with the already available program currency filter. Multiple Merchant Programs - Any additional Merchant programs operated by the Merchant are now displayed on the 'Request Banner Confirmation' page allowing Affiliates to easily join these programs. Wider Cart Support - An additional five carts have now been added to our cart compatibility list together will full integration insturctions located under the 'Help / Tutorials > Shopping Cart Setup Instructions' menu item. Posted: 23/11/2006 Instant Website Builder CSS The Instant Website Builder facility now uses a single CSS (cascading style sheet) referenced by each page rather than the styles defined within each page. If you need to alter the colours/fonts only one change is now needed to the CSS file.

Affilate Datafeed Comment - Using the 'Submit Comment' link located on the 'Download Product Catalog / Datafeed File' screen, Affiliates may now submit a comment directly to the Merchant regarding any issue pertaining to their datafeed. Search For Banner Linking Code By Banner Dimensions - Affiliates may now search and locate the linking code for banners of specific sizes by entering the banner dimensions located on the 'Get Banner Linking Code' screen. Merchant Product Information - Merchants may now pass additional and specific product information with each order received from their Affilaites. This specific product information is reported in the 'Verify Sales & Leads Received Report. Merchants wishing to pass through additional product information related to an order, for example product id's etc, please append the parameter "PI" to the end of transaction code on your receipt page. A maximum of 200 characters can be passed through in this parameter. Please note this is only available to per sale and % per sale programs.
